No upfront cost — you only pay when you sell
We believe in making it simple and fair: you don’t pay anything to join or list on our marketplace. You only pay when you make a sale.
Our Fee Structure
- We charge 3.5% of your total sales amount for each order you fulfill (before any payout).
- In addition, standard processing fees through Stripe apply. Stripe’s online payment processing fee is currently ~2.9% + $0.30 per domestic card transaction.
- If you withdraw funds or request a special payout schedule (such as instant payout) there may be additional applicable Stripe payout/withdrawal fees depending on your bank or payout method.
What your fee covers
The 3.5% marketplace fee goes directly toward enabling and improving the platform:
- Maintaining and enhancing our marketplace infrastructure for reliability, performance and security
- Developing seller tools (dashboards, reports, metrics) to help you manage your business
- Customer and seller support — ensuring you have help when you need it
- Marketing and marketplace growth — bringing more buyers to the site so you can sell more
